Rannie Teodoro is the Director of UX Design at Coupang, Korea's leading eCommerce marketplace. She leads the UX vision and strategy for Core Shopping experiences and heads Coupang’s Design Systems and Brand Experience teams.

With over 15 years of UX experience, Rannie has a proven track record in building "zero to one" products with competitive market wins in food delivery (Coupang Eats), local services (Thumbtack), and search and discovery (Meta).

Rannie holds a Ph.D. in Communication and is a published author in peer-reviewed journals such as Information, Communication & Society and the ACM Conference on Computer-Supported Cooperative Work and Social Computing.
